The layout of the house consists of a large open air palapa area complete with a huge sofa, large dining room table, breakfast table and bar that overlooks the pool and the ocean. There are numerous patios and garden walkways that connect the large palapa to the other structures on the property.
Adjacent to the main area on one side is the spacious master suite, with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, the interior is expansive and includes a sitting area, large walk-in closet, large bathroom with double sinks and separate shower / tub areas.
La Concha suite is located upstairs just off the central living area and has impressive ocean views, it has a private balcony, king size bed, mirrored vanity, walk-in closet and bathroom.
Los Peces Suite is a ground-floor suite that offers ocean and garden views located just off the central palapa, has a small outdoor patio, two double beds, a daybed, walk-in closet, desk and bathroom.
The beachside bungalow is the ultimate privacy. Nestled at the base of the property at beach level, this large master suite has a king-size bed, spacious bathroom with large sunken tub, walk in closet, private balcony and separate lounge area complete with a bar and open air patio setting.
