The home is capable of sleeping 12-15 guests in five spacious terraced suites, all with 600 thread count linens and antimicrobial fabrics. Private baths adjoin all suites and are equipped with plush cotton embroidered towels, hair dryers and waffle-weave embroidered robes. Each guest room contains air-conditioning, large walk-in closets and a television with DishNet. The home is equipped with a private office on the first floor for all your business needs and contains a reading nook, internet access, fax, scanner and printer combo, a Vonage phone system for unlimited free US calls. There is an additional half bath adjacent to the office. Just outside the office you will find the elevator that accesses the second level or master suite and the third level that shares two gusts suites and the living/dining and kitchen area.

The master suite is completely private on the second level with expansive views surrounded by glass windows and a wrap around terrace and balcony complete with a waterfall and lounge furniture. This room is quite large and is well appointed with a king bed, television and seating area, mini-fridge and daybed. There is a very spacious master bath with double sinks, large walk-in closet, separate toilet-bidet room and a large shower with exquisite glass views of the bay.

Two guest's suites contain two double beds each with television and furnished balconies overlooking the bay. They have walk-in closets and large bathrooms. One bath has a combo shower-Jacuzzi waterfall tub and the other contains a large shower.

There is an apartment that is completely private and even has a private access from the street level if needed. It contains a small living area with television, kitchenette with cook top, mini fridge and breakfast bar with seating for three. The bedroom has a king bed, closet and bathroom with shower, the kitchen and living area offer beautiful views of the bay.

This home contains an expansive amount of original art with striking canvases for the most discerning eye. The living and dining area have a four tri-fold glass doors with unobstructed views of the pool and large palapa overlooking Santiago Bay and can be opened completely for the open-air feel that you expect in a Mexican villa. This space can also be closed and air-conditioned for maximum temperature and climate control if needed. The living room contains an additional television and the dining table seats eight indoors with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.

The focal point of the entire home rests beneath the large furnished palapa that can seat 12-16 for outdoor dining, it is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture and tables, outdoor beverage cooler and Bose wireless speakers for the stereo system. Adjacent to the palapa is a large infinity edge pool with swim up bar. The seventh bathroom is located just steps below the palapa and is very spacious with a changing room and shower. Take a stroll down the lighted stairway to find a completely private honeymoon cottage that rests below the pool area, it contains an entry with lighted art niche, walk-in closet and huge bathroom with beautiful bay views from the Jacuzzi waterfall tub. This suite has a king size bed and features two private balconies as well as a television and mini fridge. Take a stroll down the lighted stairway and you will arrive at a beautiful built-in lounge rest area complete with upholstered cushions and cocktail table for fabulous sunset views. Just below this area is the second palapa (hence, Casa Dos Palapas) situated on the rocky cliff just above the water. Enjoy chaise lounges or a hammock as you hear the crashing of the waves against the rocks and view of the scurrying of many crabs and abundant ocean life. There is a fishing access off the rocks from this lower palapa for the adventuresome type.
