Villa La Querencia is tucked into the foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains and sits on the beautiful Peninsula Santiago. You and your guests are invited to play in our tropical sun. In addition to the villa's many amenities, there is golf, tennis, deep-sea fishing, boating, fine and casual dining, shopping, sight-seeing, snorkeling, scuba diving and a variety of other water sports. A stroll down the hill brings you to a sandy beach cove or the sprawling Las Hadas Resort.

Villa La Querencia has 6,200 sq. ft. of living area and 3,000 sq. ft of balcony and terrace area, 7 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, 8.5 bathrooms total.

* Your rental fee includes the use of our qualified and friendly house staff. The following services are provided at no additional cost:

• One round trip, both to and from Manzanillo airport
• Meal preparation, service and clean up for up to 3 meals per day
• Sundays include 2 light meals served by 2 PM (guests must pay for all groceries, including beverages)
• Daily maid service is provided for each of our guests rooms
• Laundry service is also provided for normal washables
• Our house staff are familiar with all area activities including golfing, fishing, hiking, scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, tennis, health club facilities, spa services and more
• Concierge services are available Monday - Saturday from 8 AM - 6 PM and Sunday 10 AM - 2PM

• There is a 6- person minimum nightly rental rate for both our "High Season" and "Shoulder Season" packages
• There is an 10- person minimum nightly rental during the Christmas Holidays, December 15-January 5th.
• To assure your privacy and enjoyment, we rent to only one party at a time, even if your group uses less than seven bedrooms
• Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM, special arrangements can be made should you desire alternate check-in/check-out times if your flight times are conflicting
• 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking and final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date. In the event of cancellation, we will issue a refund less 15% penalty fee, only if we are able to re-rent the villa for the same period of time at the same rate. Trip cancellation insurance can be purchased through different insurance companies
• A $ 300 security/damage deposit is required upon payment of the final balance, which will be returned no later then 5 working days following check-out
• One Round-Trip per rental is provided to and from the airport. Additional trips are $50 each, comparable to the trip charge for a taxi. The villa's 9-passenger Chevy Suburban is available with driver between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm for $95 a day. Trips are limited to a 15 mile radius which include all of Manzanillo and Las Hadas Resort areas. Taxis and shuttle buses run regularly from the hotel.
