Villa Las Cumbres is a beautiful 4-bedroom Mediterranean/Mexican style villa set atop a protected hillside on Santiago Peninsula overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Sierra Madre foothills and Santiago Bay in Manzanillo, Mexico, located in the State of Colima between Puerto Vallarta and Acapulco.

The secluded Bay of La Audiencia is within walking distance from the villa with perfectly safe, crystal water and a sandy beach, this area offers access to many water sports.

Although Villa Las Cumbres affords seclusion and tranquility, first class resorts are located within minutes from the villa offering an array of land and water activities including golf, tennis, scuba, snorkeling, fishing, dining, etc. as well as the towns of Santiago and Salagua with their markets, shops, restaurants and nightly entertainment, the weekly market "Tianguis" is a weekend street market for you to sample the culture and mingle with the locals, known for their hospitality which makes this part of Mexico so special.

All bedrooms have their own bathroom and spacious closets, two bedrooms offer king beds and two have two single beds in each that can be converted into king size beds. There are no outside stairs to access bedrooms on multiple levels, all living areas are enclosed on two levels and connected with gentle interior staircases. The architecture and artwork throughout the house is tasteful and indigenous to this region of Mexico.

The villa also features its own private pool with lounging area, chaises and table, an open living room, outdoor dining with wet bar, covered porch with panoramic view, tastefully manicured landscaping and a large gourmet kitchen with modern appliances. Other amenities include gas grill, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, poker table, video library, games, phone system and internet access.
