Located in a private development on Juluapan Peninsula , this beautiful 4,000+ sq.ft. Mediterranean style villa is just a stones throw away from the Pacific Ocean with magnificent vistas including the world class L’Recif restaurant which lights the ocean waves at night.

The peninsula has a very exclusive and remote feeling, yet it’s only 20 minutes from Manzanillo International Airport and close to restaurants, golf courses, water sports and shopping.

Casa Blanca del Mar has four large bedrooms, all with air conditioning and ceiling fans and three of the bedrooms have Pacific Ocean views, balconies and king-size beds; the fourth has a double and a twin bed. All bedrooms are on the second floor.

The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen and pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room and dining area with seating for eight. Living and dining rooms both face the Pacific with magnificent views of the ocean from the huge glass windows. Sliding glass doors from the living room take you to a large covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and ocean, and a sun deck and BBQ grill is just outside the dining room.

Satellite TV, DVD and stereo are available in the living room for your entertainment. Vonage telelphone service is also available for calling back to the U.S., Canada and some parts of Europe at no charge. A game room and half bath is located near the living room.

A 16’ x 40’ freshwater swimming pool awaits just steps down from the terrace. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or lounge on the sun deck or under the umbrella by the pool or just relax at the pool side palapa bar. If you want to go to the beach, Casa Blanca has membership at Club Santiago Beach Club, where, as guest of the house, you can enjoy the beach, pool, snack bar and library.

During the winter season, relax on the terrace and you’ll be in the perfect location to watch the whales and dolphins play in the ocean.
