Chalet de Xochitl is a magnificent 7,000 sq. ft five bedroom Mediterranean style villa located in the exclusive gated community of La Punta in Peninsula Santiago, Manzanillo, a 30 minute drive from Manzanillo International Airport.

All enclosed areas are marbled covered and air-conditioned, all bedrooms have terraces or balconies with breathtaking views of the water and each with their own private bath, the master bedroom has his and hers, in addition, there are three more half baths throughout the house. 4 bedrooms have king size beds and one has a double bed, one of the bedrooms offers its own private living/dining room and kitchenette. Satellite TV is available in each bedroom. Exercise equipment is also available.

A newly built "palapa" on the top level with panoramic view has a wet bar and refrigerator, this area is perfect for entertaining, sunbathing, sunrises and sunsets.

For tennis players, Chalet de Xochitl is located across La Punta Tennis Club and a short walking distance to " La Esmeralda" private beach and club house.

For your convenience, daily maid service and an excellent cook are included in the rental. Guests of this villa, have access to all the facilities and amenities of Las Hadas Resort and Marina located on the area adjacent to La Punta Community.

In-house optional services such as masseuse, facials, bartender, nanny, driver / tour guide, silver shopping, etc., are available upon request.
