This beautiful beachfront property is located in Club Santiago, a private gated community 20 minutes from Manzanillo International Airport.

The 4 bedroom / 6 bathroom two level house sleeps 8 people, two bedrooms have king bed, the other two have two twin-size beds, each bedroom has private bath and ocean view.

There is a 15” x 30” palapa (thatched roof) next to the pool which serves as an outdoor eating option and a gorgeous view of Santiago Bay. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space, laundry room and caretakers quarters. A housekeeper and groundskeeper clean and maintain the house all year round.

Out the gate and past the pool and you are on the golden sandy beach with immediate access to the warm waters of the Pacific. A long peninsula protects this area of the bay making it ideal for all kind of water activities. Deep sea fishing is ideal in this area of Mexico, Manzanillo is known as the “Sailfish capital of the World”, mahi-mahi, shark, yelllowfin and bonito are also abundant in the area.

Club Santiago has a golf course and tennis courts on site available to residents and guests. Just outside the gate, is the coastal boulevard “Miguel de La Madrid” which provides direct access to restaurants, shopping and night life.
